Objective

Services
1. To deliver quality services to students, faculty, staff, and to people in the community.
2. To provide assistance in the development of the instructional system which will be effective and efficient in the accomplishment of institutional and instructional objectives.
3. To entice students in utilizing the library by displaying newly acquired library materials.
4. To maximize the uses of library and its resources through imposition of rules and regulations.
Collection
1. To maintain and improve a balanced collection to meet the needs of a fast growing community.
2. To provide an organized and readily accessible collection of printed and non-printed materials in order to meet the professional needs of the faculty and institutional staff and the instructional and intellectual needs of students.
3. To encourage self-learning through available resources materials in the library.
Facilities
1. To provide enough instructional and educational facilities appropriate to the needs of the clientele.
2. To provide enough and functioning ventilation, lighting and furniture that will help provide an environment conducive to learning.               
ORGANIZATION OF LIBRARY MATERIALS
                           The college library adapts close and open shelf system. The Dewey Decimal Classification System (DDC) is used in classifying books and non-books materials as well as the arrangement in the stacks.

PRIVILEGES EXTENDED TO FACULTY MEMBERS AND STAFF (Main Campus)
Home Use:
1. A maximum of five (5) titles of reference books related to the subject taught may be borrowed by a faculty for a period of one semester, which may be renewed upon return, unless called for by another user.
2. A maximum of five (5) titles of books for a period of three days may be borrowed by a staff, which may be renewed upon return, unless called for by another user.
3. A maximum of five (5)  titles of fiction books for a period of one month may be borrowed by faculty members and staff, which may be renewed upon return, unless called for by another user.
Photocopying
                        Faculty members and staff are given 1 hour to photocopy a maximum of two (2) titles of library materials.
External Campuses
                        Faculty members and staff may be allowed to borrow library materials for library use and for photocopying purposes.
OUTSIDERS / VISITORS
                        Outsiders are required to present a letter form the librarian of their schools and pay P30.00 for every schedule of library use.
